SHIPPING
Shipping is done through ups ground unless expedited service is indicated. We will attempt to ship your order using the carrier of choice. We reserve our right to use a different carrier to ensure the timely delivery of your order. We guarantee that your order will ship on time, using the method you request, provided that paperwork is returned on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

PRODUCT COLOR
Due to variations in photography light, the product color in this on-line catalog may not be exact. 

ART CONVERSION FEE
Art conversion to usable vector form is $45 and up, depending on the artwork complexity. It is our goal to match the original art as close as possible. Since redrawing your art requires recreating it by hand, typos or other mistakes may occur. It is your responsibility to verify on the art proof that will be sent to you after redrawing, that the artwork is laid out properly, words are spelled correctly, and all other art details are verified. Please be aware that whatever you approve is what will be printed and we will not be held responsible if incorrect art is approved.

PANTONE MATCH
PMS match charge of $75 to mix custom ink colors for non standard PMS colors.

PLATE CHARGE
The printing processes are flexography, silkscreen and hot stamp. These processes require separated art, metal engravings, and rubber or photopolymer plates. All designs, logos and /or straight line copy will incur plate charges. For one side printing or for different copy on each side contact us for plate charges.

PRINTING METHODS
Imprinting: Imprinting use colored matte ink. There are a wide variety of colors are available although there is a PMS match charge for non standard colors. First color is free on bags where imprinting is available. The cost for each additional imprint color or location is $0.13 per bag.

Hot Stamping: Your logo is stamped with a metallic foil creating a shiny finish to your logo. The cost for each additional hot stamp color or location is $0.25 per bag. The first color is free when imprinting is not available. Pantone matching is not available on hot stamp foils.
The available foil colors: Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Metallic Copper, Metallic Red, Metallic Blue, Metallic Navy, Metallic Green, Metallic Purple, Metallic Teal, Metallic Burgundy.
Non Metallic Foils: Black, White.
Please note that the hot stamp colors of black and white are non metallic matte foils.
